Staircase Transformation: Before & After
Here’s a look at one of our recent remodels, showing the before and after. We removed the old pony wall and outdated wood stairway, replacing them with custom iron rods for a clean, modern look. We also upgraded the carpet to durable vinyl flooring. Seeing the finished result—and how happy the homeowner was—is the most rewarding part of what we do.

West Coast Artisan was built on a lifelong friendship that started back in second grade. Before founding the company, our founder served in the military, where he discovered a passion for construction while working on projects in Iraq and Afghanistan—helping build safer living conditions for both military personnel and local communities. Through that experience, we gained valuable skills in structural safety, sanitation systems, and building with purpose.
